Award Winning Cornish Artisan Preserves
Made from fresh red grapefruits, this is a deliciously sweet marmalade that still carries the slightly bitter grapefruit taste. I keep the grapefruit quite thick to prevent it from being lost in the final product. I also think being able to feel and bite into the grapefruit is all part of the taste experience. It has a vibrant colour and taste and therefore goes perfectly with a freshly toasted crumpet.
Ingredients: red grapefruit, sugar, water.
Prepared with 22g fruit per 100g.
Total sugar content: 71g per 100g.
Each jar is approximately 230g net weight.
