You can really taste both the lemons and limes in this marmalade. It has a wonderfully refreshing and zingy taste, perfect for that early morning breakfast. It would also go great when flavouring a cake, particularly a lemon drizzle cake. I love my jams and marmalades with thick chunks in them, so expect nice thick pieces of lemon and lime.
Ingredients: lemon, lime, sugar, water.
Prepared with 12g lemon and 12g lime per 100g.
Total sugar content: 74g per 100g.
Each jar is approximately 230g net weight.
