Cornish Strawberry Jam where the strawberries have been picked less than 10 miles away. I try to keep the strawberries in nice big chunks so you get a big hit of strawberry in each mouthful. It of course would be perfect with a Cornish Cream Tea. This jam also won a Taste of the West 2024 Gold Award.
Ingredients: Cornish strawberries, lemon, sugar.
Prepared with 85g fruit per 100g.
Total sugar content: 68g per 100g.
Each jar is approximately 230g net weight.
Expires in August, September or October 2025 depending on their production date due to being made seasonally.
