A wonderfully zingy and slightly spiced jam made from beautiful fresh Cornish rhubarb and ginger.
It pairs well with anything that requires a boost of flavour, such as a victoria sponge cake.
Ingredients: Cornish rhubarb, ginger root, sugar.
Prepared with 66g rhubarb and 2g ginger per 100g.
Total sugar content: 55g per 100g.
Each jar is approximately 230g net weight.
